FAQ

1/ How do I place an order?

Please contact us to obtain a postage quote.  We have three options for ordering-

We will then contact you to discuss your order and requirements and provide a quotation based on ordered quantities.

2/ How do I get my Tax Invoice?



Email us at info@bathroomsuperstore.com.au and leave your details including date of purchase and we will email your Tax Invoice.

3/ Can I cancel or change my order once the order is confirmed?
 

You can cancel or change your order before you submit the payment.  We will commence processing your order once the payment has been confirmed.  Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order.  If the item has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel or change your order.  

4/ How do I check my order status?

All orders which are sent Interstate will have tracking information.  This information can be emailed to you upon request.  Once we have confirmed your payment, we will dispatch your order within 3 business days.

5/ How do I pay?

Bathroom Superstore accept the following payments:-

*  Paypal (please supply your paypal registered email address).

*  Bank Deposit - Please put your Surname/Company Name as reference when using Internet Banking or the last 4 

    digits of the item number when you deposit funds over the counter.  Please email us for further information regarding 

    bank deposit.

*  Credit Card - Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS.

7/ Can I pick up my goods?

Due to restrictions, there is no option to collect any goods.  We can however, organise delivery Australia wide.

8/ How do I get answers to specific product questions?

Email us your question to info@bathroomsuperstore.com.au and we will try to answer any queries and questions you have as soon as possible.  Please quote the product and the relevant item code in the email.

9/ Do you offer Warranty on your Products?

All of our products are covered by Individual Warranties.  It is the Customers' responsibility to ensure that the items are installed by a Licensed & Professional Tradesperson.  Defects or damages from abnormal use, unauthorized repairs, alterations, improper installation, serviced incorrectly, altered, modified, tampered, converted, repaired and other acts which are not the fault of Bathroom Superstore will not be covered by Warranty.

10/ What is your Exchange Policy?

*  Customers can return or exchange goods for a refund within 7 days after the sale date.

*  All postage costs including any return postage fees are to be paid by  the customer.

*  Items returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

*  Customers must contact us prior to shipping the goods back.

*  Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original undamaged condition.

*  All items will be thoroughly checked upon receipt.

*  Bathroom Superstore reserves the right to reject any refund at its own discretion.

11/ What happens if the product is not in stock?

If you are interested in purchasing an item and we currently don't have the item in stock we can:

*  Place the item on backorder;

*  Offer an alternative item which is currently in stock

12/ What are your opening hours?

We can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phoning +61 426 443 522.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions and regulations, we may close the showroom to the public from time to time as the safety of our staff and our customers is paramount and even though our showroom could be closed, we are still working remotely and are here for you if you have any questions or would like to place an order for delivery.

13/ Shipping/Postage Information?

*  Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full and presented as clear funds.  It will then be shipped within 2-3 business days after clearance has been confirmed.

*  Goods will be packed to ensure their safe arrival.

*  A tracking number can be provided upon request. 

*  Multiple items will be charged for combined postage and will be packed accordingly to minimize shipping costs.

*  If item is to be delivered via Courier, we can not accept PO Boxes as the delivery address.

*  All items will require a signatures upon delivery.

14/ Large Items - Shipping Information/Postage (MELBOURNE METRO)

*  We organise delivery on the day you require.

15/ Large Items - Shipping Information/Postage (INTERSTATE)

*  Large items include:  Toilets, Shower Screens, Bathtubs, Vanities, Marble Countertop Basins, Large Ceramic Countertop Basins, Shower Rails, Freestanding Bath Tapware.

17/ POSTAGE CALCULATION
