*   If item/s are to be delivered via Courier, we can not accept PO Boxes as the delivery address.

 

*   All items will require a signature upon delivery.

 

*   Postage quotes are provided to you prior to placing an order by emailing us your suburb and postcode with a list of the items you require.

 

*   Postage Insurance can also be provided upon request at an 

     additional cost.

 

*   Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full and             presented as clear funds.  It will then be shipped after clearance has been confirmed.

*   Multiple items will be combined to minimize shipping costs.

 

*   We organise delivery on the day you require.

 

*   For volume builders and retailers, we personalise your delivery by ensuring your items are delivered to your door or your Contractors door 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.

Large Items - Shipping Information/Postage (ALL OTHER AREAS) 

 

*   Multiple items will be combined to minimize shipping costs.

The more items you order, the more cost effective delivery becomes.  We can provide you a quote on large and smaller orders so you can view and compare the difference in cost total.

 

*   Large items include:  Toilets, Shower Screens, Bathtubs, Vanities, Marble      Countertop Basins, Large Ceramic Countertop Basins, Shower Rails,              Freestanding Bath Tapware.

 

*   Large items will be transported using skid pallets where required.

 

*   Our preferred Courier is TOLL IPEC or TNT.
